Coming from similar backgrounds, Aristo Gaspar connected through their love of cooking and creating new dishes. Aristo opened his first restaurant in Stafford, TX called Raizes Mexican Kitchen. in 2017 He to develop catering services for local offices, venues and car dealerships. Hes most notable partnerships to date are with the Houston Astros, Rockets and our local Univision 45.

The team behind the concept of Roots Cafe has over 25 years of cumulative experience in the culinary industry. Roots Cafe focuses on creating healthy and tasty dishes through their authentic and unique seasonal menus. This new concept of an American fare kitchen with Latin flare brings Houston back to its Roots. You can savor the flavor for yourself at Roots Cafe, located on the first floor of the Decorative Center.
